The fix, at least until Apple solves the problem in an upcoming release of iOS, is to reboot your phone and then have iOS set the time automatically by heading to Settings > general > date & Time and selecting the relevant option.

We haven’t run into this particular problem ourselves as we do already have our iOS devices update their time automatically and don’t change timezones very often, but your mileage may undoubtedly vary.

Apple’s iOS 9.3 beta 1 release is already out, but it’s possible that a later beta or the shipping version will include a fix for this issue. Apple is aware of the bug, so we shall all just have to wait patiently for a fix. just make sure you keep your iphone fully charged while you wait.
